The Storytellers Podcast
Two founders sharing stories and helping others do the same.
Meet your hosts, Alex & Will. 👋
Two former summer camp counselors who co-founded what is now known as ShareYourStory.com — one through the world of speaking, one through the world of writing, and both with the same conviction: that story changes everything. A classic blob-to-startup arc (IYKYK). Today, they help everyday people build platforms, not for personal glory, but for outward impact.
They’ve seen time and again how powerful story really is, both for the storyteller and for those who listen. They’ve made it their life’s mission to identify, educate, equip, and support storytellers around the world.
The Storytellers Podcast is for those who’ve had the same thought on repeat, who’ve noticed a certain topic lights them up every time it comes up, who’ve watched people lean in when they share a particular experience.
Together we’ll figure out what your story is, what to do with it, and — if you’re feeling courageous — how to build something real with it. A platform, a business, a career. (We’ve seen it all, and the journey is, quite frankly, a lot of fun!)
So bring your ups, your downs, and everything in between. Let’s get into it! New episodes drop every other week.
“ We love magicians.”
”Listen to me, boys. Popcorn… there’s a future in popcorn.”
“Story is about to be one of the only things we have left.”
“…are you okay building trust as a leader if no one’s there to see it?”
”This podcast is really just watching a work husband and wife figure these things out together.”
“To share your story is to serve.”
“ Yeah, if Ben Stiller reaches out, we will entertain a conversation.”
“ We’re on raw milk. You do raw milk?”
”Is it stress, anxiety or control that is causing me to skip pages in the Narnia books?”
“When’s the last time you had a good cry, Alex?”
“Story hunting is simply being curious about the person across from you.”

Everyone has a story to tell—and none of those stories are meant to stay hidden. The Share Your Story Podcast, hosted by Hunter Price and Lily Huff, goes beyond the pages of published books to explore the real experiences that shaped them. Through honest, meaningful conversations with authors, we uncover the struggles, growth, and purpose behind their stories. This isn’t about bestseller lists or tactics. It’s about connection, impact, and discovering that every story is worth sharing.
Lead with more confidence by learning when and how to step into the circle.
